Hello there! Happy New Year to all of you! It’s true that I’m not blogging frequently lately but that doesn’t mean I’m going to give up my blog. I love my blog…I like sharing with you my travels, my outfits, beauty products that I try out, events that I attend. Before starting the new year I thought of a small re-cap of my favorite posts of 2012 in pictures (I’m taking advantage of WordPress’ new galleries!!!), as well as sharing with you what I did travel-wise, fashion-wise and beauty-wise!
2012 Travels
This year I fulfilled one of my “dreams”, to go on a road trip in Europe. I travelled from Athens to Brussels via Italy with my cousin. We were in a hurry, so the trip was rather short, but I’m envisioning a bigger one in the future: Athens to UK…In addition of visiting Brussels, I went also to Ghent, Bruge and Antwerp! My next trip was in Paris, my favorite city
During the summer I visited Santorini (with its stunning views), Kea and Crete (still remember those turqoise waters in Elafonisi)! Then again in November I travelled to Edinburgh for my brother’s master graduation.
2012 Fashion & Beauty
Some of this year’s key purchases were a linen shirt dress, a tropical print dress, a “convertible” bag from Folli Follie and the quintessential Little Black Dress. My boyfriend bought me my first Prada pumps and I bought my first red lipstick!! It’s from Korres. I attended beauty and fashion related events and met other bloggers as well as people from various brands. Some of these events are: an afternoon with Garnier and Mary Sinatsaki, a “focus” group about Netrobe, a hair “pampering” afternoon in Teo Hair Design (where I finally got ombre hair) and Swarovski’s spring-summer collection presentation which you saw recently on the blog. I also tried out new products such as Bioten’s Cellufight line and Garnier Fructis new shampoo range! Also during fashion week I attended two shows: Paris Valtadoros and Stelios Koudounaris!
2012 Tips & a DIY
I always fancy writing tips posts! In 2012 I wrote about how to be a smart shopper, what (not) to wear at the gym and shared with you pampering tips (both are always handy!). DIY wise, during the summer I made a simple graphic print t-shirt (after seeing one at River Island) and a high-low skirt (it was a hit!).

Wishing you a bright 2013.
